If the packages get lost, damaged or stolen in transit we strongly recommend having Route Protection for your package. For an additional fee at 2% of total cost Route Protection will ensure full coverage to get a replacement order. We're not liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages. So make sure to keep Route Protection activated (opted in) when placing the order.

As a natural product it is sensitive to high temperatures and is shipped with insolation once shipped to warmer regions. We recommend keeping it at room temperature (68 degrees Fahrenheit) or below. So make sure to not leave your package out in the sun, as it may melt the skin butter and change the consistency once settled (little fatty granules may appear). But it won't impact the product's integrity and is not considered faulty or defective.

A Seasonal Note About Our Skin Butter Summer Pause

During the warmer months, we temporarily pause shipping of our Skin Butter to help protect the quality, texture, and integrity of our naturally formulated product. We choose not to add stabilizers or other ingredients simply to prevent melting during summer shipping, so Skin Butter orders resume when temperatures are more suitable for safe delivery.We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan ahead and stock up before our seasonal shipping pause.
