Processing Time Orders are handcrafted in small batches and typically ship within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Heat-Sensitive Shipping Because our Skin Butter is 100% natural, it's sensitive to high temperatures. Orders shipping to warmer regions are packed with insulation to help protect your product in transit. Once delivered, please bring your package indoors promptly and store at room temperature or below, away from direct sunlight.

If your Skin Butter arrives warm or softened, simply place it in a cool spot to reset. You may notice small fatty granules after it cools - this is a normal characteristic of natural products and doesn't affect quality or performance.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Once your package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We're unable to replace packages marked "delivered" by the carrier or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we'll make it right.
